6 eggs beaten

1 tin condensed milk

½ cup sugar

1 tbsp plain flour

1 tsp vanilla essence

4 tbsp butter


  1. Add sugar, eggs and flour.
  2. Beat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add in the condensed milk and vanilla essence.
  4. Mix again.
  5. Heat a non stick pan and apply oil.
  6. Pour a large tbsp of batter on to this pan and spread to form a thin pan cake.
  7. Roll and remove from pan.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish.
  9. Serve hot or cold

Note: You can chose not to apply oil(as you are using a nonstick pan), when I make, I apply a beaten egg…on muslin cloth and rub on the pan before pouring the batter.

      grease the pan with the butter
