Faaroshi Rihaakuru Boakiba

250 grams breadcrumbs
1cups Maldive fish ( smoked tuna )flakes
1 can tuna in oil
1/4 cup rihaakuru
1 onion(finely chopped)
½ cherry chilli (chopped)
1 tsp red chillie powder
12 curry leaves(finely chopped)
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp cumin powder(dhiri)
¼ ginger paste
1 cup water
½ cup thick coconut milk
1 tbsp oil
Salt (to taste)

Method of preparation

1. Preheat oven
2. Mix onions, chilli, chillie powder , curry leaf lemon juice, salt, ginger paste, cumin powder and squeeze until juices from the onions flow out.
3. Add rihaakuru and desiccated coconut, coconut milk and mix everything well.
4. Add the turmeric powder, fish flakes, canned tuna (after discarding the oil in it) and breadcrumbs, mix again.
5. Pour the water and mix everything.
6. Oil a medium size baking tray and pour the above prepared mixture.
7. Even the top, spread the oil on top and bake for about 30 minutes
8. Serve hot or cold
